Worth noting is that the ground may be somewhat uneven, which might necessitate tyre levellers. However, the joy of camping here is only heightened by the rustic charm of the nearby Blue Duck Inn. 29km north of Omeo, 75km south of Mitta Mitta on the Omeo Highway, adjacent to the Cobungra River. Note: There are two entry points the first is near the bridge over the Cobungra River and the second is a couple of hundred metres west of this entry. Bigger vehicles are better to go in the area between these two entry/exit points. As if entering the second point and going into the area there is a fork, right taking you into the are above, left takes you to a small turning area and larger caravans and big rigs would have trouble turning and would have to back out of this area. Once campers have set up turning would not be possible.
