The area offers a fusion of adventure and serenity; you can sit back and feed the ducks, go for a swim, or even try your hand at gold fossicking in the location built as a gold sluicing facility during the 19th-century gold rush days. However, please note that all supplies must be brought along, with the closest shopping facility being Nundle, a short 10-15 minute trip away. Enjoy a swim in the summer, but be aware that winters can be cold and could experience snowfall. The camping area allows you to enjoy breathtaking views over Nundle while soaking in the peaceful ambiance.
